In Q1 2019, Vailog China signed three lease agreements of 20,099 sqm in total.

As the current tenant of Vailog Foshan Logistics Park, Mobis, an auto parts manufacturer, takes a new warehouse of 10,019 sqm in Vailog Tianjin Xiqing Logistics Park. 

Meanwhile, Vailog China respectively signed two lease agreements of 10,080 sqm with Meide and Shutong Ludai at Vailog Chongqing Shapingba Logistics Park.

Both Meide and Shutong Ludai are local three party logistics companies headquartered in West China.
