In September 20th 2016, Vailog has signed a pre-lease contract of 38,093 sqm with a Chinese third party logistics company in Xinzhuang Logistics Park in Shanghai China recently. Now the park is still under construction and will be completed in early October. With the pre-lease of the two warehouses, the park is now 100% fully occupied. 

Vailog Xinzhuang Logistics Park is located in the southwest of Shanghai, very close to the city center and within one of the most developed industrial parks, Xinzhuang Industrial zone, where a large number of MNCs are situated. The park has two double-storey warehouses of 38,093 sqm with truck ramps access to the upstairs. 

The user is a local 3PL which has been providing logistics service for a lot of MNCs in Xinzhuang Industrial Zone for years. With the delivery of the entire park, the 3PL will relocate all its current warehouses here.
