April 10, 2015 – Vailog has leased 42,000 sqm to E-Land in Minhang Zhuanqiao Logistics Park in Shanghai China recently. Minhang Zhuanqiao Logistics Park was completed in this February and now has been 100% leased out, in which E-Land takes 8 units, approx. 90% of the warehouse.

Minhang Zhuanqiao Logistics Park is located close to Downtown Shanghai and within one of the most mature industrial parks in Shanghai, Xinzhuang Industrial Zone. It provides immediate access to the main expressways in the city and is adjacent to several residential area and the Metro Station (Line 5). The park consists of only one three-storey warehouse of approx. 47,000 sqm with two truck ramps to the second floors and six lifts to the third level. The park was just finished in Q1 2015.
