April 29, 2015 – Vailog recently leased 23,300 sqm to Searun, a Chinese logistics company, at Vailog Nanjing Qixia Logistics Park in China. The logistics facility will be completed and delivered to Searun in this August. Searun is the first tenant which has taken almost 50% of the entire park.

Nanjing Qixia Logistics Park is located in the northeast of Nanjing and adjacent to the Longtan Port, one of the most mature logistics area in Nanjing. It provides immediate access to the main roads and expressways connecting Nanjing with the Yangtze River Delta. The park consists of two single floor warehouses of approx. 46,000 sqm and the site construction is scheduled to be finished in July 2015.
