In 3Q 2015, Vailog starts a new construction of five projects of 300,000 sqm in Shanghai, Shenyang, Chongqing, Langfang and Foshan. 

The south construction site is Vailog Foshan Logistics Park which is 50 KM from Downtown Guangzhou. As Vailog’s first project in South China, it will have five single warehouses of 94,711 sqm in 3Q 2016. 

Vailog Shenyang Yuhong Logistics Park is the northernmost construction site. It will provide 90,341 sqm distribution space in July 2016. One third of it has been pre-leased to a well-known French retailer and will be their only logistics center in North China upon the completion. 

Among these five projects, the one in Shanghai Vailog Xinzhuang Logistics Park is the only two-floor warehouse. This park benefits from the strategic location and the strong industrial base around. It will deliver 38,000 sqm in Sep. 2016 and 8,000 sqm of it has been pre-leased to Bombardirer. 

Vailog Chongqing Logistics Park is relatively the smallest, but the two warehouses of 30,000 sqm under construction now is just the first phase of the entire park. Phase 2 will build six more warehouses of 110,000 sqm. 

The last one Vailog Langfang Xianghe Logistics Park is located between Beijing and Tianjin. It will build two warehouses of 40,000 sqm in August 2016 and will be the ideal location for e-commerce companies for city distribution.
