In Q4 2017,Vailog leased totally 102,885 sqm in two parks respectively in Central and West China. Most of these tenants are the e-commerce companies or their 3PL.

Vailog Wuhan Gedian Logsitics Park is one of these two parks which leases approx. 51,300 sqm to five clients. This park is located to the east of Wuhan in Mid China. This park is only 3 km to Wuhan-Ezhou Expressway and at the center of a newly established E-commerce logistics hub. The park has 77,000 sqm in total and was completed in Q2 2017. Among these five clients, ALOG took 3 units (19,203 sqm), Carrefourtook one unit (6,432 sqm), JD.com expanded one more unit (6,418 sqm), NIFCO, a Japanese Manufacturer leased one unit (6,432 sqm) and YIGE, the current tenant also expanded 2 units (12,850 sqm). Now the park is fully occupied.

The other park is Vailog Foshan Datang Logistics Park located to the north of Guangzhou in South China. This park is 4 km to G94 Expressway and just besides 381 National Highway. The park has 95,000 sqm in total and was completed in Q2 2017 as well. Eaju, an online home decoration materials company took three warehouses of 51550 sqm in total. The occupancy rate of the Foshan park has reached 100% as well.
