In 2Q 2018, Vailog China leased 73,000 sqm warehouses at four parks in China.

Vipshop, a Chinese e-commerce company, expanded 19,000 sqm at Vailog Shenyang Yuhong Park in the northeast of China. So far Vipshop has taken over 30,000 sqm in this park and it has been their largest regional logistics center covering North China.

In Shanghai, Chenjin Logistics extended its lease of the entire Xinzhuang Park of 38,000 sqm until 2022. Chenjin Logistics is a local 3PL providing warehousing and city distribution services for the end users including DAIKIN and KAO. Besides that, Bollore Logistics, a French 3PL, signed a new lease of 5,000 sqm at Vailog Zhuanqiao Park.

In the south of China, Yueda Mobis, a joint venture between China Yueda Group and Mobis which the largest auto parts manufacturer in Korea took 11,000 sqm in Vailog Foshan Park.

Now all the completed parks are 100% fully occupied in China.
