In April 2019,Vailog signed three new lease contracts of approx. 42,000 sqm in Zhuanqiao Logistics Park in Shanghai,

Shanghai Jitong Logistics, a local 3PL takes 4 units fo 21,000 sqm and the worldwide famous American 3PL, XPO leased a unit of 5,100 sqm. In addition, the largest Korean fashion retailer, Eland Group renewed 3 units of 16,000 sqm. 

Now Vailog Zhuanqiao Logistics Park is fully ocuppied. Adjacent fo the city enter, the park was completed in 2015 and consists of a three-storey warehouse of 47,000 sqm in total.

At present, Vailog has another park of two warehouses under construction in Jinshan district in the south of Shanghai. This park has a total leasing area of 63,000 sqm is expected to be completed in the Q1 2020. For more info, please feel free to contact us.
