In June 2022, Vailog leased a cold storage of 10,000 sqm to a Chinese cheese manufacturer. 

The cold storage is located in Vailog Shanghai Jinshan Logistics Park. The park has two warehouses of 63,000 sqm. At the end of 2021, Vailog China decided to renovate 2 units into a cold storage as we foresee an increasing request of cold storage in Shanghai. It takes about 4 months to complete the renovation.

Now the cold storage has been the largest cold chain hub for the tenant in East China.
