In August 2020,Vailog signed one new lease contracts of 10,181 sqm in Zhuanqiao Logistics Park in Shanghai. The tenant, a joint venture pharmaceutical company, leased two units in the first floor of the warehouse.

Adjacent to the city enter, Vailog Zhuanqiao Logistics Park was completed in 2015 and consists of a three-storey warehouse of 47,000 sqm in total.
At present, Vailog has another park of two warehouses under construction in Jinshan district in the south of Shanghai. This park has a total leasing area of 63,000 sqm is expected to be completed in this month.
